Depart from either Hervey Bay or Bundaberg daily and cruise across to Lady Elliot Island via a scenic flight.  Departures from Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Maroochydore are available for an extra cost.

Nestled at the southern tip of the World Heritage Listed Great Barrier Reef, this gorgeous coral cay called Lady Elliot Island is the supreme location for snorkeling and diving, with a multitude of spectacular marine life at her doorstep.

Snorkel Equipment, After your welcome drink you will be directed to the Dive Shop where you can book your Glass Bottom Boat Tour or Guided Boat Snorkel as well as be fitted for your fins, mask and snorkel.  Departure times are 11am or 1pm however they are tide dependant.

Complimentary instructions for beginners or those who would like to refresh their snorkeling skills will be held in the resort pool, and don't forget to ask the friendly staff to advise you on the best snorkeling location to suit your swimming skills.

Buffet Lunch, Held between 1.30pm and 2.00pm, your hot and cold buffet style lunch is served in the Dining Room.    Relax by the Lagoon Bar and purchase some beverages before heading back out to explore the island.

Reef Education Centre is abundant with aquariums and information on the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park.  Please check the activities board in the centre for video documentary sessions and other activities.

Reef Walk Discover the Great Barrier Reef on low tide and walk amongst the coral on a Guided Reef Walk.  Head out over the reef flats and discover a multitude of sea creatures such as colourful coral, Blue Linkia Starfish, Octopus and sea cucumbers.

Fish Feeding, Head down to the fish pool at the Coral Lagoon and get up close and personal with the tropical fish that inhabit the reef.  The activities staff will show you how to hand feed the fish, so make sure to check the activities board in the Education Centre for departure times.

Departure, 20 minutes prior to your scheduled flight departure please meet at the Dive shop to return your snorkel equipment.

Reef Education Centre: Visit the Reef Education Centre for an informative look at the eco systems which make up the largest coral structure in the world, The Great Barrier Reef.  The Centre includes aquarium displays, video presentations, exhibits, slide shows and lectures as well as a library of information suitable for the whole family. 

The activities staff conduct slide shows and other presentations regularly so don't forget to check the information board for session times.

Snorkelling: Lady Elliot Island is known as one of the world's best dive and snorkeling locations so why not take advantage of the spectacular Great Barrier Reef at your doorstep, grab some snorkeling equipment and head down to the beach or go out on one of the dive boats for some excellent snorkeling spots. 

Glass Bottom Boat Tours: View the Great Barrier Reef from an excellent vantage point with out even getting your feet wet.  Just sit back and cruise above the reef in the Glass Bottom Boat.  Glass Bottom Boat Tours operate daily from the resort however they are subject to weather and tidal conditions.
